Well, I just had a call from Charlene, one of the door girls from the Show Palace, telling me that the club is going to go ahead and reopen as a liquor-serving topless bar this Friday at 4pm. That's quite the turnaround from hearing "We'll be closed for three months" on Monday. So I'll get to find out how booze and g-strings change the place with no remodeling lapse.
